We are proud members of the Ontario General Contractor's Association ("OGCA"). Maurice holds
a Gold Seal Certificate as an Estimator (General Contracting) as well as a Gold Seal Certificate as
a Project Manager (General Contracting) both from the Canadian Construction Association
("CCA"). He has been a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians
and Technologists for nearly 30 years and proudly held the position of Director of the Northern
Ontario Development Corporation from 1988 - 1993. We strive to build structures that leave a

Our office is located in Northern Ontario (20 km south of North Bay) but we are not restricted as far

Niroc Construction Ltd. was founded in 1993 by Maurice Rochefort.
Niroc is proud to be a BUTLER representative, offering innovative new
ideas for every type of building. We have built everything from airport
hangars to storage facilities to drug stores. We have renovated or made
additions to everything from pulp and paper mills to hospital rooms to
church bell towers. The majority of our clients come to us through word-
of-mouth. They have either dealt with us before, or have heard great
things about this family owned and operated business.
